OPERATION Ensure that the appliance is placed on a flat and stable surface. Plug the appliance into the mains socket. The display will illuminate and then show the default factory temperature setting of 12°C. Allow the appliance to cool down for 2-3 hours before placing wine bottles in the appliance.
