basic problems encountered during
use

the
player.
Problem/Cause
Player
won't turn
on.
Power
cord
unplugged
from outlet.
Music
automatically
starts at power
on.
Front
panel
TIMER
switch
is
set
to
"play." (Reset
to
off.)
Music never starts when
PLAY
is pressed. "SET DISC"
indicated.
Reverse
disc
loading.
Contamination, scratches, finger prints
