    Van Os Medical be during the warranty period. The warranty for ExcelCare Shiatsu seat Zen is thirty-six months. During this period, the first year the full amount covered by the guarantee. In the second year, you must contribute a third of the costs yourself and in the third year, you need to contribute two-thirds of the cost yourself.
