OPERATING YOUR BREVILLE JETSTEAM IRON

DRY IRONING

Step 1.
Turn the Steam Selector dial to the dRY
position. This shuts off the steam flow
should there be any water in the tank.
Step 2.
Select the required setting on the
Temperature dial for the fabric to be ironed.
Step 3.
Once the temperature has been reached,
ironing may commence.

USING THE FINE MIST SPRAY

Spray can be used to dampen difficult
fabrics, dry areas, woolen items and
accidental creases. Firmly press the Spray
Button (located on the handle of the iron) to
produce a fine spray of water ahead of the
iron and continue ironing.
The spray can also be used with delicate
(synthetic) fabrics which are ironed at a
low temperature and therefore can not be
steam ironed.
NOTE:
If the spray function is operated
during dry ironing ensure that there
is sufficient water in the water tank.

3-WAY AUTO-OFF FEATURE
The Safety 3-Way Auto Off feature is
designed to switch the iron off if forgotten.
When the iron is left in the upright position
it will shut off in approximately 8 minutes.
When left in the ironing position it will
switch off in approximately 30 seconds.
When left on the side position it will switch
off in approximately 30 seconds.
