4-2-6 Fan errors (E458, E475)

FAN 1 error(E458), FAN 2 error(E475)
1. Check items
1) Are the input power voltage and power connected correctly?
2) Is the motor wire connected to the OUTDOOR UNIT PCB correctly?
3) Is there any obstacle around the motor and fan?
4) Is the driver in the motor case damaged?
5) Fan connector must be connected with CN90 for 1 fan model (BLDC FAN1).
2. Check procedure
Is the connection of FAN housing certainly to
PCB socket?(CN90, CN91)
Open the fan motor housing
1minute after the power turns o .
Is each resistance of fan cable housing normal(*)?
Mount each fan housing to PCB socket and
turn on the power.
Are the pin voltages #1~#3 of
CN90 and 91 over 250 V?
Are the pin voltages #5 - #3 of CN90 and 91 15V?
Do the pin voltages #5 - #3 of CN90 and 91
lie in the range of 1~6V during the operation?
Does the fan operate during the
TEST operation of cooling mode.

damaged. Replace the fan motor .
