The installation wizard takes you through the most important settings for your tablet. Certain functions, such as loading certi cates, require that your tablet is protected with a PIN/password. You can nd the security settings at: ¤ Application screen Settings Security. When the PINs and passwords are entered, the last character entered is displayed in plain text.

    Security settings Certi cates Digital certi cates are used to identify your tablet in secure network connections. You will require a certi cate for VPN or WLAN connection or for authentication with e-mail servers, browsers or other apps. Certain certi cates are already saved to your tablet by default.
