Never finishes wash and dry cycle because pump water needs to be drained every time. I tried the regular cotton dry setting and clothes are still not dry due to pump being full constantly.

The Porter & Charles COMBI 9-6 may not finish the wash and dry cycle and require constant water drainage due to an excessive amount of water in the machine. The machine will automatically drain the water, and after this operation, it should be turned off and unplugged. The faucet should also be turned off, and the nearest authorized service company should be contacted for further assistance.
