Sensor Option key for ■ Low Temperature Cooking Mode (KY-B64CG model only) keeps a low, stable temperature ranging from 65 °C -120 °C in 5 °C steps. (See page 22) Pan Frying Mode maintains an optimum temperature with five settings 140 °C / 160 °C / 180 °C / 200 °C and 230 °C.
