Note: Your phone accepts voicemail even when it is turned off. However, your phone only notifies you of
new messages when it is turned on and you are in a wireless service area. When you are outside the
network, you may not receive notification of new voicemail messages. It is recommended that you
periodically check your voicemail by dialing 1 + area code + your wireless phone number. Roaming rates
apply when you access voicemail while outside the home network.

Visual Voicemail

Visual Voicemail offers a new way to manage your voicemail. Use Visual Voicemail to:
View your voicemails as text.
Choose messages to view. You don't have to listen to them in the order they arrived.
Archive important messages.
Compose new messages, and send them to Email, as a text message, or directly to Voicemail.
Share messages via Email and text message.
With a Premium account, you can read your voicemails, have them auto-forwarded to Email, or
share them with Facebook
1. Press
and tap
2. Follow the prompts to set up an account and learn about using Visual Voicemail.
Note: You can also access Visual Voicemail from the phone keypad by tapping

Logs

The Logs tab of the Phone application lists all recent incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.

View Logs

The following procedures will guide you through viewing your call logs list.
1. Press
and tap
2. To choose logs to display, tap
Received calls, or Rejected calls to filter the list.

in the Notifications area of the Status bar when a new voicemail message(s)
