Receiving a Call on Your Alternate Line

1. Select "Yes" to answer the call on the other line. Your
previous call will be placed on hold.
2. Do one of the following:
• To end the call, press S.
• Or, to place the current call on hold, or to
toggle between calls, press M, then select
"Hold".
When the call ends, the phone remains active in the last active line selected.

Phone Only Mode

If your carrier provides this option and you subscribe to it, you can turn off
Private, Group, and micro-browser services. You can still make and receive
phone calls and receive Message Mail and circuit-data calls.
Placing the phone in Phone Only mode increases the standby battery life. Make
sure that the status light is blinking green, which indicates that you are in a
coverage area.
To turn on Phone Only mode:
Press *,#,8,0.

2. Select "On".
3. Select "Exit".
The "Phone ONLY" message displays. Group call, Private
call and micro-browser services are now suspended.
To restore all services:
Press *,#,8,0.
