1. Do not drop, disassemble, open, crush, bend, deform, puncture, shred, microwave, incinerate, paint, or insert foreign objects into this device. 2. Do not expose the Digital Door Viewer / Camera (indoor unit) to moisture or submerge it in liquid. Keep it dry at all times.
Getting Started Remove protection foam as shown below. Remove any existing Door Viewer from the door.

If there is no Door Viewer you will need to drill a suitable hole, using a 5/8" (7mm) drill bit. Peel off the adhesive cover on one side of the adhesive tape and attach it to the back of the doorbell unit. Then peel off the adhesive cover.

4. Place the doorbell unit on the outside of the door and secure it by using the adhesive tape. Ensure that the metal threading is exactly in the middle of the peephole. Make sure that the connection ribbon goes through the hole.

6. Peel off the tape on the back of the mounting plate. This will help prevent scratches on your door when attaching the main unit. Place the backing unit against the door and pull the connection ribbon through the center hole.

Pull the connection ribbon through the center hole. 8. Use the included flat tool to twist the metal tube clockwise until it is firmly in place.

9. Press the ribbon head against the PCB (printed circuit board) for correct position. Please note that the PCB is very fragile so make sure not to press the ribbon head too hard against the PCB. Snap the PCB to the connection point.

10. Use a screwdriver to remove the faceplate from the main unit.

11. Insert two AA batteries into the unit, ensuring that you have the correct polarity. Attention For the following steps, please note that the main connection points are vital for the operation of the Door Viewer. If they are note properly connected the device will not work.

13. Ensure that the unit is properly connected. 14. Using the 2 long screws provided, secure the Door Viewer using a Philips head screwdriver.

15. Place the cover on the front of the device. Use the short screw to secure the faceplate to the device.

16. The Door Viewer is now fully installed. Please note that the outdoor lens has a clear plastic cover to prevent scatches. Please remove the plastic after installation.

Use the below diagram to assist you in the following instructions Buttons The Door Viewer comes with 4 buttons; A, B, C & D. Take a picture from the inside To monitor who is outside your door, you can press “A”, and the screen will turn on after 3 seconds.
Take a picture using the doorbell When a visitor presses the “B”, the main device screen will turn on after 6 seconds, and automatically the unit will take one picture. The screen will stay on for an additional 30 seconds. The included 128MB micro SD card stores up to 1000 images.
Change the Date/Time Once the screen is on, press “D” to adjust the date and time. Press “C” or “D” to change the date and time. Press “A” to go to the next menu. Once you have entered all the information Correctly, press and hold “A”...
Q: No picture / No video A: Make sure that the metal threading is correctly connected with the PCB board. Q: No power A: Check the batteries in the main unit. Q: Cannot save pictures/videos. A: Make sure that the micro SD card is not full.
Other Useful Information Disposal The device and the batteries must not be disposed of together with domestic waste. If you want to dispose of the device, do it the environmentally friendly way by bringing it to a public waste centre. The packaging material is partly recyclable.
