  • Page 3 Connect an appropriate length of white tubing to the elbow marked ‘Water Inlet’, allowing enough tubing to connect to the mains water supply. The plastic fastening nut should be loos- ened, and the tube pushed in as far as possible, before tightening the plastic nut securely .
  • Page 4 FIG. 4 WATER FEED 15mm WATER SUPPLY Connect an appropriate length of tubing to the fitting marked ‘Drain’ or ‘Waste Water Tube’ (See Fig 5), allowing enough tubing to reach the nearest 40mm waste pipe. Attach the black saddle clamp to a 40mm waste outlet pipe by using the two bolts supplied.
  • Page 5 START UP Ensure that all fittings are tightened securely. Turn the mains water supply on and check for leaks. Allow a few minutes for the system to allow trapped air to escape and for filter fines to be flushed out before securing the feed tube on the RO housing. Plug the booster pump into a mains power supply and switch it When fully pressurised, check all fittings again for leaks.

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES NORMAL MAINTENANCE ITEMS, including but not limited to HOSES, FILTERS, O-RINGS, DIAPHRAGMS, VALVES, GASKETS, CARBON BRUSHES and damage to motors and other components as a result of failure to replace normal maintenance items.
