Install two, fresh 9V alkaline batteries noting the correct polarity.

Set the power switch to the internal battery by moving it upward towards the "BATT"

Only select “48PH” when using microphones designed to operate from 48PH or 9-52PH or 9-52 simplex power. For all other uses, select “DYN”.
