    How to Make Yogurt To make yogurt in your new Rosewill Yogurt Maker, you will need about a quart of natural (cow) milk – any kind – and a small amount of plain yogurt. The natural, healthy bacteria in the yogurt will convert the lactose in the milk into lactic acid.
