    Back Panel Charge Your Phone Your phone’s battery should have enough charge for the device to turn on and find a signal, run the setup application, set up voicemail, and make a call. You must fully charge the battery to begin setting up your phone.

    3. Plug the AC adapter into an electrical outlet. Fully charging a battery may take up to three hours. Note: Use only the adapter and the USB cable that came with your phone to charge the battery. When the battery power is too low, make sure to use the power adapter to charge, not the USB cable connection with your computer.
