Puma HRM Watch
Key Features
The watch has the following modes: Time, HRM, Chrono,
Timer, and Alarm.
Time:
Time of day (12/24hr) with hour, minute, second,
month, day, and weekday
HRM:
Wireless ECG sensor belt, preset HR zone, or
manual set Hi/Lo HR zone
Chrono: 1/100 second chronograph up to 24 hours
Timer:
Count down timer up to 99:59:59

The watch includes a wireless ECG sensor and the watch is
equipped with the following indicators:
Heart rate displayed as BPM from 30-240 BPM
Heart rate displayed as % of maximum heart rate
Automatic or Manual heart rate target zone
HR max (age based)
Target zones with visual alarm
Target zones with audible alarm
LED Zone indicators (5 Stages)
Calories burned during workout
Exercise Timer with lap counter up to 99
Minimum heart rate of total exercise
Maximum heart rate of total exercise
Average heart rate of total exercise

setting modes such as Time setting mode, HRM setting
mode, and etc.

The watch displays the

To set the time of day, date,
weekday, and format option,
press and hold S2 till the hour
digit will be flashing as shown
on the right.
