Reset Your Watch

Resetting your watch will restart the connection setup process. Please forget
GUESS Connect in Bluetooth Settings before setting up your new connection.
Your GUESS Connect watch uses a wireless technology called Bluetooth. While connected,
your watch answers calls, messages, and gives you alerts. There are times when your
watch will disconnect from your device, and there are simple steps to follow to reconnect
your watch quickly and easily.
After you go through the initial pairing procedure outlined in the pairing process for Android or iOS,
your watch will be linked to your device. There are several ways to troubleshoot your watch and
restore that wireless Bluetooth link.
If you are having trouble with either of your devices you may want to reset either
your GUESS Connect App, the wireless connection to your watch, or both.
To reset your App to the original factory settings, simply go to the Settings tab,
and choose reset your watch. The App will display a warning message. Choose
OK and you will be taken to the initial setup screen.
