If a power failure occurs during TURNON=123/ TURNOFF=123 commands, time of power failure is not included in the countdown, so e.g. you need to run an appliance for a hour issuing TURNON=60 command, but AC power is lost after 30minutes and restored back say after 2hours, appliance will be running for half an hour after power is restored back.
