  • Page 4 FIREPLACE OPERATION Plug your Infrared fireplace heater power cord into a 120V, 15 amp or 20 amp three bladed outlet. To Turn the Heater On: There are three toggle switches located on the back of the unit. -The switch directly above the power cord is the main switch to turn on both the heater and the flame effect.
  • Page 5 It produces a clean and economical heat by utilizing quartz infrared heat- ing elements inside a US patented heat exchanger. The heating process of the TW2000 Infrared Fireplace is similar to the way the sun warms the earth. Air is pulled into the heat exchanger by a high velocity fan. Inside the heat exchanger the air rises over a cooper heat sink.

    TROUBLESHOOTING If your heater shuts off unexpectedly: 1. Be sure the power cord is plugged into a working outlet. 2. Check for any obstructions. If you find one, turn the heating unit OFF and unplug it. Wait at least 10 minutes to allow the heating unit to cool com- pletely before removing any obstruction.
