Before attaching fan to outlet box, ensure the outlet box is securely fastened by at least two points to a structural ceiling member (a loose box will cause the fan to wobble).

    ETL-ES-Aerialist-WH14 MOUNTING BRACKET INSTALLATION INSTALACIÓN CON SOPORTE DE MONTAJE Remove the screws (1) from the mounting bracket (2) as shown. Install mounting bracket to outlet box in ceiling using the screws and washers provided with the out- Attach blade brackets (1) to blades (2) using the blade bracket screws (3) let box.
  • Page 7 ETL-ES-Aerialist-WH14 WIRING OPTIONS OPCIÓN DE CABLEADO WIRING Follow diagram above to make wiring connections for fan pull chain control. CABLEADO Remove the hex nuts and metal washers from steel bushings. Hang the fan onto the hook from the mounting bracket. This will allow for hands-free wiring. While fan is hanging from the mounting bracket, connect the wires with wire nuts (1) (included), using the following steps for wiring options.
  • Page 8 ETL-ES-Aerialist-WH14 MOUNTING MONTAJE Lift the motor onto the mounting bracket, making sure not to break any wire connections, and allow the four bolts from the mounting bracket to insert into the steel bush- ings inside the rubber grommets from the motor bracket. Attach the motor bracket to the mounting bracket using the metal washers and hex nuts removed previously.

To make the fan operational, Open battery door by pressing down and sliding battery door down. Install one 23A 12V battery (INCLUDED) into the hand-held remote transmitter (if not used for long periods of time, remove the battery to prevent damage to the transmitter).

  • Page 16 ETL-ES-Aerialist-WH14 HOW TO REPLACE YOUR RECEIVER CÓMO REEMPLAZAR SU RECEPTOR Remove the wire clip (1) by unloosening the screw, and remove the 2 fixing screws (2) at each end of receiver box (3), save them for future usage, remove the grounding wire (5) from the plate by unscrew the screw, and the 9-pin wire connectors (4) between receiver box (3) and motor.
  • Page 17 ETL-ES-Aerialist-WH14 Fix the new receiver box (1) on to the receiver support plate (2) by using the 2 fixing screws (3) removed in step#D, tighten them securely; Use the wire clip (4) and screw (5) removed in step#D to secure the wire, screw the grounding wire (6) from the new receiver onto the metal plate securely. Connect the 9-way plug (7) from the new receiver to the ones from the motor.

Repeat from Step#6 in Page 7 to step#9 in page 10 to complete the fan assembly. Then go to Page 12 step#2 to repeat the "Remote Control Setting And Speed Setting Process".

    ETL-ES-Aerialist-WH14 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE Operation Turn on the power and check operation of fan. Speed settings for warm or cool weather depend on factors such as room size, ceiling height, number of fans and so on. The reverse switch in remote transmitter controls direction, forward or reverse.

If a problem cannot be remedied, please consult with your authorized electrician and do not attempt any electrical repairs yourself.
