Make sure you can't hear any audio.

First check the TV SPEAKER Menu
(Menu > Sound > TV Speaker)

Check Mstar AUDIO_MASTER_CLK

Check IC600 Power
*20V, 3.3V, 1.8V.

Check Output Signal P600 1, 2, 3, 4 pin.

Check Connector & P600
OK
Check speaker resistance
and connector damage.
