Restricting Phone Calls

You can stop all incoming and/or outgoing phone calls, or
restrict incoming/outgoing calls to the numbers stored in
your phonebook.

To
enter your unlock code
unlock your phone
M > Settings > Security
> Restrict Calls
To
enter your unlock code
open the restrict calls menu
scroll to Voice Calls
select the option
scroll to Outgoing Calls or
Incoming Calls
select the option
change the Allow setting
scroll to All , None , or Phonebook
select the allowed calls
