What is the white cable running next to the kitchen sink PVC under the cabinet

we found out after my son in law came to see what it was. the field mice had tried and did get in where the wires to 5th wheel is and turned on the heater box somehow. and he turned the heater i don't use it anyways because it doesn't work right so . My son in law tinned everything and taped where the mice were getting in. Some places they chewed on the wires . what a mess . any way thanks for listening!!
