When the doors are opened often o rforlong
periods oftime, warm, humid air e nters the
compartment. This r aises the temperature and
moisture level within the compartment. To lessen
the effect, reduce the frequency and d uration of
door openings.
The refrigerator should not b e operated in
temperatures above 11 OF.
Adding food w arms the compartment requiring
the cooling system t orun. Allowing hot f ood t o
cool toroom temperature before putting itinthe
refrigerator will r educe this effect.

Ifthe temperature istoo warm, adjust the
control one increment atatime and w ait forthe
temperature tostabilize. Refer tothe Setting the
Controls section formore i nformation.
During the defrost cycle, the temperature ofeach
compartment may r ise slightly and c ondensation
may f orm onthe back wall. Wait 30minutes
and c onfirm the proper temperature has b een
restored once the defrost cycle h as c ompleted.
