Special Programs
Customise For sPeCiFiC enVironments.
Most people use one everyday program:
• It adapts to all environments.
However, up to four programs can be created and customised with
the IHearYou
®
programmer box and software. Some people like
to keep one program for experimenting.
Some people create extra programs:
• For fluctuating hearing losses.
• For a particular environment that you want to sound different.
how to change programs
Hearing aids start up in program 1.
During use push the program button; or tap
upper ear with magnetic wand, then remove
the wand. This opens and closes a switch in
the hearing aid and switches programs.
If you have extra programs, you will hear:
1 beep for program 1
2 beeps for program 2... and so on
Your LOF is usually shipped with the telecoil mode in program 2.
WarninG: Do not place the magnetic wand near computer
equipment or credit cards. It is safe to store the magnetic wand
inside your hearing aid wallet.
