S T E P 1
Empty out the cargo area of the vehicle.
S T E P 2
Remove the A/C service door at the rear of the
driver's side panel. Locate the factory hole
indicated.
S T E P 3
Slide a 3/8 - 16 U-Nut over the factory hole as
shown.
S T E P 4
Locate the factory stud indicated.

S T E P 5
Remove the factory nut from the stud.
S T E P 6
Secure the Upper Bracket to the Lower Bracket
using a pair of 1/4 - 20 Flange Bolts and 1/4 - 20
Flange Nuts as shown.
S T E P 7
Slide the Upper Bracket over the factory stud
and secure with the factory nut as shown.
S T E P 8
Slide a 3/8" Lock Washer and a 3/8" Flat Washer
over the 3/8 - 16 x 1-1/4" Hex Bolt, and thread
the assembly through the hole in the Lower
Bracket and into the 3/8 - 16 U-Nut as shown,
and firmly tighten.
