  • Page 3 Steering Fork assembly Fork Assembly 1. Install fork assembly. Make sure throttle cable, brake cable, and on/off switch wire are routed correctly through front fork assembly. (See photo for correct wire and cable placement) Brake Cable 2.   • Page 4 SECURING THROTTLE CABLE, BRAKE CABLE AND WIRING 1. Use 3 plastic cable ties provided to secure brake cable and engine ON/OFF switch wire to ON/OFF switch wire mini bike frame (See photo for correct placement of cable ties) Make sure there are no kinks and Brake cable that brake cable and wiring have free movement when handle bars are turned left and right .

    Front Fender Assembly 8mm X 25mm bolt Rubber Grommets Fender Orientation. Larger part toward front over wheel. 1. Install front fender. Make sure large portion of fender is over wheel. Install with rubber grommet between frame and fender. Tighten with 8mm Nuts and 8mm X 25mm bolts provided.

    Front Wheel Assembly Axle Bolt 1. Starting with left side (left side is defined as left side of mini bike while sitting in riding position), slide axle through 1- fork, 2- small Small wheel spacer left side wheel spacer , 3- wheel. 4- large wheel spacer, 5- fork, 6-washer.
  • Page 7 Gas and Oil . Drain packing oil and fill with correct amount and type of oil as specified in owners manual Oil Fill Plug Oil Drain plug 2. Fill gas tank as specified in owners manual. WARNING! This Mini Bike may be shipped with packing oil in engine.
