    MAKING CALLS 1. Make sure your phone is turned on. PLEASE 2. Pick up the handset to hear a dial tone. DIAL When the phone fails to acquire service signal, you will hear "No Service" tone (intermittent tone). 3. Dial the number to call. The LCD window displays the number.
