Please note that the diverter and adapters accommodate the vast majority of standard faucets. The angle-stop adapter ts both 1/2” and 3/8” standard plumbing. If you have a non-standard or a custom faucet, or plumbing, you may need to locate and purchase additional parts. If you need help, please contact AlkaViva Customer Service. Do not use benzene, paint thinner or insecticidal sprays for cleaning your ionizer. Doing so can damage the nish. Do not close, bend, pinch, press or otherwise obstruct output ports or hoses. Machine is on-no water from alkaline spout but water from acidic-when faucet turned on we no longer hear the voice
There may be no water coming from the alkaline spout because the water flow control valve is in the off position (fully to the right), which stops water from entering the machine. To allow water flow, the valve should be turned to the left. Additionally, if water is only coming from the acidic spout, the diverter may be set to send water toward the acidic port only. Ensure the diverter is correctly positioned and the flow control valve is open to allow water to enter the machine.

Unable to turn off water flow and it makes a thumping sound

Unit turns on fine with water pressure, but water only comes out the “acid water outlet”. It’s a full hose worth. Even if I change setting to “acid”; water only comes from the water tube and not from the top of the unit.
