The following symbols for the operating modes are
shown to the left hand side of the screen on the Room
Controller -
- Comfort
- Reduced
- Summer
- Winter
Description of Operating Modes
Comfort (ON)
Comfort mode should be set to the temperature required
when the home is occupied. (Recommended
temperature setting is 21°C)
Reduced (OFF)
Reduced mode should be set to the minimum
temperature required when the home is not occupied.
(Off) (Recommended temperature setting is 15°C)

Anti-freeze
Anti-freeze is factory set at 10°C. This mode should be
selected to provide frost protection when the property is
unoccupied for long periods. (Note: Anti-freeze disables
the heating mode unless the temperature falls below the
set 10°C)
Summer
(Summer mode only applicable to cooling models)
When Summer mode is selected the heating is disabled
with hot water provision only.
Winter
When Winter mode is selected both heating and hot
water provision is available.
Use button "F" (Function) to change the
operating mode.

  • Page 2 ModuSat Room Controller Parameter Setting This operation allows the user to set the temperature set point for comfort, reduced, anti-freeze and HW, that will follow the daily or weekly set time schedule. The temperature set point can be changed using the ‘+’ or ‘-‘ buttons. The set temperature can be changed within +/- 3 °C.
  • Page 3 The user can read the consumption figures for the unit, for example: C for heating, C1 cooling (when present) and C2 cold water (Only when a cold water meter is installed within the dwelling and connected to the Evinox system) The display also shows the temperature and flow rate related to the three counters.
