    3.2 Connecting the unit Arrive ViewPoint is an ideal 1RU solution for wall mount, under desk mount, table-top or rack mount. Fix the rack mount or wall mount provided with the unit as per requirement.Ensure all the safety guidelines for mounting the unit is followed.

    Arrive ViewPoint™ easily registers to Matterhorn v1.3 and v1.4 servers. Arrive ViewPoint™ can be configured and managed through two different interfaces, namely the Desktop Client, and AVP Control Console. The Desktop Client is available to the user through the display unit/monitor connected to the appliance.

    6.3 Classroom Location This is an optional tab and is configured only if integration with Arrive Edgeless Media Server (EMS) is available. The EMS must be available in the same network as the unit. When this integration exists, ViewPoint becomes a resource to the EMS.

    Only if the integration is enabled from this interface will the corresponding tabs be available for set-up. When Classroom Location is enabled, the schedules are synchronised from the Arrive Edgeless Media Server. Further enabling schedule recording automates the recording process.

When integrated with Arrive Edgeless Media Server and automatic recording is enabled, the recording for the schedule fetched from the EM Server is automatic. The subject and the presenter name will be automatically populated from the server.

    Web Manager of the ViewPoint is an optional module. It is a web interface that can be accessed http://IPaddress/vpwebmanager, The IP address is assigned and shared by the administrator of the network.
