Instruction Manual EMA-85 Transportation and Packaging Always transport the cutter in the intended box. Secure the hand mixer during transportation. Check the box of possible damages when the machine is shipped. In case of damages, talk to the responsible shipping company.
Instruction Manual EMA-85 Installation and Initial Operation The hand mixer is shipped ready for use. Before the initial operation of the mixer, the bar must be mounted. Push the cap nut (2) on the upper part of the mixer bar (3/4) and tighten the cap nut (2) fixed to the motor block (1).

Instruction Manual EMA-85 Turning on To turning on the hand mixer it must be connected to the electricity supply and the mixer bar has to be mounted with the cap nut firmly to the motor block. Dip the hand mixer with maximum 2/3 his total lengths in the liquid dip.

Instruction Manual EMA-85 Assembly and disassembly of the mixer bar For the assembly of the mixer bar you push the cap nut (2) on the upper part of the mixer bar (3/4) and screw the cap nut (2) firmly onto the motor block (1).

Instruction Manual EMA-85 Working with the EMA-bar The EMA-bar (3) is provided to soups, sauces, stews and purees to emulsification, or to mix and beat. Put the hand mixer at a slight angle into the liquid, make sure that the maximum immersion depth is not exceeded, and the rotor doesn’t touch the ground floor of the pot.

Instruction Manual EMA-85 Cleaning Before you use the hand mixer the first time make sure you clean it thoroughly. Also, clean the hand mixer multiple times during the day after use. Always use standard cleansers for cleaning the hand mixer.
