    CHARGING THE BATTERY — 110V AC CHARGER: To charge the Patriot Power Hub, connect the AC charger plug (see D) to the Patriot Power Hub charging input (see A4). Then plug the AC charger into any wall outlet. The blue charge-indicator LEDs will flash. Once all four blue LEDs are continuously lit, the Patriot Power Hub is fully charged.
  • Page 6 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (CONT.) JUMP-STARTING A VEHICLE’S BATTERY: 1. Press light button (see A1) quickly (for 0.5 seconds) to turn the Patriot Power Hub on. For safe operation, please make sure that the blue LEDs indicate at least a 75 percent charge.
  • Page 7 DO NOT crank the engine for longer than four seconds. This can cause damage to the Patriot Power Hub or the vehicle’s battery. If the engine fails to start after four seconds of continuous cranking, remove the jumper cable clamps from the vehicle’s battery and wait two minutes before reconnecting and trying again.
  • Page 8 1. Press the light button (see A1) quickly (for 0.5 seconds) to turn the Patriot Power Hub on. 2. Make sure the Patriot Power Hub has a charge. NOTE: At least two of the LEDs (see A8) should be continuously lit indicating a 50 percent charge.

    USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Carefully remove the safety cover of the hammer on the end of the Patriot Power Hub so the glass-breaking end is exposed. 2. Select a side window to break open. Before breaking the glass, shield your eyes and face from the chosen window as best you can and instruct others to do the same.

    3. Keep the Patriot Power Hub and all components clean at all times. 4. Do not immerse the Patriot Power Hub in water or any other fluids. 5. Wipe off debris using a soft cloth moistened with water only. Do not use any cleaning solutions or solvents.
