Our watch won't display beginning time and time period if you didn't setup exercise plan. Before setting user information, our watch display a 25 years old girl's the 3 grade training intensity and heart- rate interval. After setting user information, our watch will display training intensity and heart-rate interval base on the age and sex of the user.

8.4. Enter into exercise mode and connect sensor While you are exercising, please wear well the heart- rate belt and pedometer (see chapter 8.2), pair the watch and heart-rate belt and pedometer. If you have successful paired, there is no need to pair again. In the time mode, hold on button[E]for 2 seconds to enter into exercise mode, then our watch will searching to connect the heart- rate belt and pedometer.
After pairing the sensor, you can operate it. If both of sensors are failed to pair, our watch will back to the time mode automatically. In the status of making sure the heart-rate belt is wet and wearing in a right way and turn on the pedometer, press button[E]can connect signal again.

Pedometer calculates the steps by sensing the acceleration of feet when walking , so if you swing or jitter, there may have an impact on step. The steps display in the watch later than the actual steps for 1 second because of that pedometer transfers the signal to the watch every 0.5 second, but there's no impact on the result of the last step.
