GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This model 622 - two flavor dispenser is designed for use with liquid concen-
trate of various ratios (80:1-5:1). The model 622 uses peristaltic pumps to
deliver the coffee concentrate and vend valves that deliver the water. The dis-
pense ratio is 1 to 1.5 ounces per second. The dispensers efficient hot water
tank produces portion sizes up to 60 ounces from cold water lines. If high vol-
umes are needed, a hot water line connection can be made, or the dispenser
can be connected to 240v.

    - NOTES - INSTALLATION 1. Connect a 1/4” waterline from a filtered source that provides a minimum flow rate of 1 GPM. 2. The electrical connection on the 115 V model requires a minimum 15 amp outlet for the line cord to be plugged into. 3.

    NOTE: YOUR MODEL 622 IS SHIPPED WITH PUMP ROTORS IN THE UNLOCKED POSITION. PRIOR TO PRIMING, LOCK BOTH PUMP ROTORS (See Figure 2).

    CLEANING ONCE DAILY: 1. Open the door and turn OFF the concentrate switch. 2. Using large vessel, dispense approximately 1 liter of water on each side. 3. Turn the concentrate switch ON and close door. 4. Clean the drip tray and the tray insert with a solution of mild dishwashing detergent and rinse with hot water.
