TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

If you experience a problem with this unit, check the chart below before
calling for service.
SYMPTOM
Main unit, no power.
Remote, no power.
No photos in frame.
Computer does not
recognize frame as a
Removable Disk.
CAUSE
AC adapter is not
connected.
Battery not inserted or
inserted incorrectly.
No photos are present in
Internal Flash or external
media source.
USB cable not
connected securely.
Frame is not turned on.

SOLUTION
Connect AC adapter
as shown on page 6.
Insert battery correctly
as shown on page 6.
Copy files onto the frame
or insert external media
source, see pages 8 & 9.
Secure USB cable
connection.
Turn on frame using
the Power switch on the
rear of the frame.
