Release the SPRING KNOB on the top of
The MAIN FRAME to insert into the FRONT
STAND PIPE.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Release the KNOBS on the both sides
to unfold the ROWING ARM, then tighten
the knobs to secure before using the rowing
machine,
B. HOW TO ADJUST THE LENGTH:
Pull out to release the SPRING KNOB on
the end of MAIN FRAME, select the hole
with proper height to Secure. (There are
3 positions for different height options.)

How to adjust the shock tension:
To select the different shock tension,
please turn the head ring on the shock
to choose from No. 1 to 12. The greater
the number, the greater the tension.
Make sure both shocks have been set
at the same tension level.
2. To store, release the KNOBS to fold up
the ROWING ARMS, then DO NOT forget
to tighten the knobs firmly.
B. HOW TO ADJUST THE LENGTH:
There are also 3 hole positions to select on the
FRONT STAND. Make sure not to pull out the
FRONT STAND PIPE TOO MUCH, or the pipe
could drop down.
