The low water pressure in all taps and shower, along with a continuously running pump in a Coachman Amara, could be due to low pressure within the caravan system that fails to activate the switch in the Truma Surge and Pressure Switch unit. This prevents the pump from receiving the signal to shut off. Possible causes include:
1. A small air leak in the system causing pressure loss. 2. A faulty or incorrectly adjusted pressure switch. 3. An incompatible or underperforming replacement pump. 4. An empty or partially filled hot water tank.
These issues can lead to the pump cycling continuously while failing to build adequate pressure.
