Subject to Verizon Wireless customer Agreement and Verizon Wireless Prepaid calling Plan; see
Prepaid Getting Started Guide and customer Agreement for both. Daily Access will be charged and
deducted from your account only on days you make or receive calls and is valid until 11:59 p.m. once
activated, account balance will expire based on initial payment amount or in 60 days, whichever is
longer. Daily Access, monthly Access, calls rated at a per-minute rate, and other charges for available
Prepaid services may deplete balance prior to its expiration. Your balance will expire, and any unused
portion will be forfeited, at 12:01 a.m. on the day stated at the time of replenishment. To carry your
balance forward, simply refill your account before your expiration date. If balance expires, unused
portion will be forfeited. Usage rounded to next full minute.
If you are on a Prepaid Daily Plan, you will not be able to make or receive voice calls if you do not have
the amount required for your Daily Access. Verizon Wireless will suspend your service when your
account reaches $0 or your account reaches the expiration date. Unlimited calling, Unlimited mobile
to mobile calling, Night minutes, Weekend minutes, Anytime minutes and each Additional minutes are
not available when your account has been suspended. You will forfeit the money in your account if you
have activated service without a Refill card and did not make an outbound call within 60 days. Features
may not be available when outside the Verizon Wireless Prepaid Rate and coverage Area. Your wireless
number is subject to termination after the expiration period, at which time Verizon Wireless may
charge up to a $35 account setup fee to re-establish service. Service availability dependent on phone
model. Price plan changes are limited to 4 per month.
