Do not place any heavy items on the power cord. Do not damage the
power cord by bending, twisting, or heating and do not allow the power
cord to be crimped because it may cause an electric shock or fire. Using a
power cord with a loose plug may also cause an electric shock or fire.
When using the power cord, firmly connect the power plug into the
device. If not, it may cause excessive heat or fire. Unplug the power cord
before cleaning your tablet and, if necessary, clean the power plug pin if
it's dirty.
Avoid allowing metallic articles to come into contact with the power plug
pin in the Charger/USB port. Metallic items (such as a coin, paperclip,
pen, etc. when the tablet is placed in a bag or briefcase) could short-
circuit your tablet's battery terminals which may damage your battery and
cause an explosion.
If you put your tablet in a bag or briefcase without covering the power
port (Charger/USB port), metallic articles (such as a coin, paperclip, pen,
etc.) that come into contact with the power plug pin may short-circuit
your tablet's battery terminals. This may damage the battery and could
cause an explosion. Always cover the power port when not in use.
Recharge the battery after long periods of non-use to maximize battery
life. Battery life will vary due to usage patterns and environmental
conditions.
The charging temperature range is between 32°F (0°C) and 104°F (40°C).
Do not charge the battery when the temperature is outside of this range.
Charging in extreme temperatures might cause excessive heat
generation, serious battery damage, and deterioration of battery's
characteristics and cycle life.
Do not use or leave the tablet in direct sunlight or in a car heated by
sunshine. The tablet may generate excessive heat, smoke, or flames. It
also might cause deterioration of the battery's characteristics or cycle life.
The battery pack in the tablet has a protection circuit to avoid dangerous
malfunctions. Do not use your tablet near places which may generate
more than 100 V of static electricity because it could damage the
