Removing and Emptying:
Cloth Bag
1. Shut off power switch and unplug all
cords from outlet and vacuum.
2. Check disposable bag to see if it is full.
Alway change disposable bag when full,
discard and replace with a new one.
3. Do not reuse the disposable bag—this
affects the filtration of the backpack.
Always check the micro filter cloth bag
and follow the same procedure.
4. Shake out as necessary. Always check the
foam filter which covers the motor while
vacuum is unplugged from wall and all
power supply is off. Clean as necessary.
5. The foam filter on bottom of the backpack
should be checked every week to see if it
needs to be cleaned or rinsed.
6. Allow to air dry if rinsing.
7. Make sure vacuum is off and unplugged
while doing this procedure.
NOTE: Very fine powders and
substances may clog the cloth
bag. Please remember to empty
bag often so that vacuum cleaner
can efficiently operate.
8. Always unplug vacuum from wall when
not in use.
9. Always unplug vacuum from wall and
all power supply is disconnected when
repairing any electrical device.
10. Always check condition of all electrical
cords before use.
11. Always use a qualified or authorized
technician when repairs are needed.
NOTE: Do not repair if you are
not an authorized technician
familiar with the BISSELL BigGreen
Commercial Backpack. Do not
lubricate motor. It is equipped
with sealing bearings.
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock, or injury, turn power
OFF and disconnect plug from
electrical outlet before performing
maintenance or troubleshooting.
