Solution
Restart the unit. If the error persists, contact your
local Sony representative.
If the power supply is inadvertently shut off while
the unit is in operation or if you turn off the unit
improperly, the internal HDD may be damaged and
the same error may occur at the next startup. The
unit may start up normally after about 15 minutes in
some cases, but the internal HDD is still in a
damaged state. We recommend replacing the
internal HDD in such cases. Contact your local
Sony representative.
