Changes to the user's guide Final Approval draft (January 10, 2005)
• "Push to Talk Calls" chapter. In the intro section, first bulleted item, fixed the cross-reference to list the correct page number
for the "Making a PTT Call" section.
• "Push to Talk Calls" chapter. In the itro section, removed the "Tip" at the end of the section ("Tip: Your PTT Contacts list
uses indicators to ...).
• "Push to Talk Calls" / "Making a PTT Call" section. Third paragraph, added text to indicate that a PTT call is also known as
a "barge" call, to clarify why the incoming PTT call tone is referred to as the "Incoming Barge" tone.
• "Push to Talk Calls" chapter. THROUGHOUT THE CHAPTER, changed all references to the "Connection to Speak" tone to
refer to it instead as the "OK to Talk" tone.
• "Push to Talk Calls" chapter. THROUGHOUT THE CHAPTER, changed all references to the "Announce Call" tone to refer
to it instead as the "Incoming Barge" tone.
• "Push to Talk Calls" / "Call Tones and Icons" / "PTT Call Tones" section. Removed the "Online Alert" listing and description,
to match the phone SW.
• "Push to Talk Calls" / "Call Tones and Icons" / "PTT Call Tones" section. Rewrote the description for the "Call Connected"
tone to clarify that it indicates an incoming "standard PTT call."
• "Push to Talk Calls" / "Viewing and Editing PTT Contacts" section. Removed the table describing the icons that appear in
the PTT Contacts list, to match the phone SW.
• "Push to Talk Calls" / "Sorting the PTT Contacts List" section. For the "Sort By" option, removed reference to sorting by
"online Status," to match the phone SW.
