Make sure the machine is on a solid level surface.
Perform the auto colour registration using the Touchscreen
(see Auto Registration on page 82).
Identify the colour causing the problem and install a new
drum unit (see Replacing the drum units on page 53).

Install a new belt unit (see Replacing the belt unit
on page 58).
Perform the calibration using the Touchscreen or the printer

Contrast).
Clear the Improve Gray Color check box in the printer
driver. (See Software User's Guide.)
