When Clear All is set in Handset
Common Memory or External
Memory, all contents, including
locked content, is removed.
4. Reset Settings
Allows you to reset your phone
to the factory default settings.

and then Reset Settings .

5. A message will appear that
says "All settings will revert to
factory default."
6. Touch
7. If you touched Revert, enter
the 4-digit lock code.
8. The phone reverts to factory
defaults and restarts.
