When the operator is away, all internal or external calls to the switchboard are
offered generally to all extensions.
To reply, enter the "Night s s ervice a a nswering" function code (see codes table).

You are in conversation, and you hear a beep indicating that an internal or outside
correspondent is trying to call you.
This second call is placed on hold.
If you want to speak to him immediately, issue a warning (see p.8) and enter the
"Consult c c all o o n h h old" function code (see codes table).
Note:You can prevent calls from being placed on hold while you are in conversation by
entering the "Control hold" function code (see codes table)
To cancel this inhibition, hang up.
