HTC Dot View Troubleshooting
When music controls or app notifications are not appearing on HTC Dot View, check the HTC Dot
View music controls and notification settings.
1. Swipe down from the status bar, and then tap
2. Tap Sound & notification > Notification access.
3. Select the HTC Dot View Music Controls and HTC Dot View Notifications options if they're
not selected.
