5.3 Accessing the Utility

I cannot access the Utility
Make sure the WAH1004 is properly inserted and the LEDs are on. Refer to the Quick Start Guide

for information on how to properly connect the WAH1004.
Use the Device Manager to check for possible hardware conflicts. In Windows 7, click Start >

Control Panel > System and Security. In the System and Security screen, click Device
Manager under System. Verify the status of the WAH1004 under Network Adapter (steps may
vary depending on the version of Windows).
Install the WAH1004 on another computer.

5.4 Internet Access

I cannot access the Internet.
Make sure the LED is behaving as expected. See the Quick Start Guide and

These fields are case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.
Make sure your SIM card's account is valid and has an active data plan. Check your service contract

I cannot access the Internet anymore. I had access to the Internet (with the WAH1004), but
my Internet connection is not available anymore.
