BUTTON OPERATION OVERVIEW HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEART RATE HEART RATE To get your heart rate reading, follow these three simple steps: KEY (HR) Place the watch on your wrist, adjusting for a snug, comfortable fit. Place your fingers on the watch’s two sensor keys (SC and HR) and press simultaneously for 3-8 seconds. -
