Dual 4" × 6" Recording Picture Frame
Your RadioShack Dual 4" × 6" Recording Picture Frame has separate
recording and play buttons for added convenience. You can record
and play back up to 10 seconds of sound to accompany each of your
favorite pictures. Its recorder uses the latest integrated circuit record-
ing technology, so you can record a new message as many times as
you like without having to wait for a tape to rewind. You can choose a
horizontal or vertical display of the frame.
REMOVING THE BATTERY INSULATION

remove the strip, firmly grasp the slip by its end and gently pull it out.

REPLACING BATTERIES
Your recording picture frame comes with four type 357A alkaline but-

teries. For the best performance and longest battery life, we
recommend RadioShack alkaline batteries. The recorder continues to
store the recorded message even if it loses battery power.
Warnings:
• Keep button-cell batteries away from children. Swallowing a but-
ton-cell battery can be fatal.
• Dispose of old batteries promptly and properly. Do not burn or
bury them.
Cautions:
• Use only fresh batteries of the required size and recommended
type.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries
(standard, alkaline, or rechargeable), or rechargeable batteries of
different capacities.
1. Use a mini Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws on the
battery compartment cover on the hinge's back, then lift off the
cover.
2. Remove the old batteries. Place the fresh batteries in the com-
partment as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and –) marked
inside.
3. Replace the cover and secure it with the screws.
